Faith-Informed Therapist, Speaker, Coach, Retreat Facilitator
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified yoga instructor, researcher, devoted Christian, and lifelong learner. My professional work is grounded in both rigorous academic training and the wisdom that only lived experience can teach.

My journey of Transformation
Every stage of my life has brought challenges, growth, grace, and transformation. I grew up navigating family adversity. Later, I rebuilt life as a single mom of two after leaving an emotionally, psychologically, and physically abusive marriage. That season became a turning point: a decisive shift sparked by my children and supported by my husband. It set me on a path of curiosity, discovery, and faith that has given me clarity, confidence, and peace.
At thirty-nine, I returned to college. At fifty, I fulfilled a lifelong dream by earning my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Along the way, I discovered my calling: to help others break free from old patterns and step into the clarity and courage God designed for them.
What I do today
Through writing, speaking, retreats, workshops, and counseling, I guide high-performing professionals and women leaders to transform internal conflict into self-leadership. My approach weaves together neuroscience, narrative and somatic practices, faith, and lived experience.
I help people shift from reactivity to clarity, from survival to intentional living, from disconnection to wholehearted leadership. My faith has been a steady guide throughout, reminding me that every transformation is part of God’s intentional design.
What drives me
I’ve been blessed with incredible people who have offered grace, support, and encouragement. Out of that, I’ve committed myself to personal and professional growth. I am driven by curiosity, compassion, and a deep conviction: that it is my honor to walk alongside those seeking healing, alignment, and transformation.
